Bus Storage and Conversion location?

Hello all,

I'm working towards getting a skoolie. However, I can't store and convert a bus where I live now. I'm blessed in that I can live anywhere I want with my work. I'm thinking CA, OR, AZ, NM, TX, NC, SC, GA. I'm hoping for not to hot and not too cold. That's tough to find.

I am looking at buying rural land that will allow for me to build a bus. Anyone find an ideal location to buy or rent a spot for conversion? Maybe you have some places where I could look?

Numerous options depending on where you land. Field, warehouse, storage facility, shed, friends house/farm, etc.



But you are definitely thinking correctly. Have a plan for storing AND working BEFORE you buy. Seen too many folks get the bug, buy a big yellow box then get screwed over by local ordinances and homeowners associations to the point they have to sell/dump it.

Warehouse or shed sound wonderful at this point, but I am open. Who knows I might just add a steel building later.

I do know to check city and county zoning plus check if there is HOA or POA in place. Lastly check the deed for any restrictions. LOL
