Buying advise
Looking at a 2006 Thomas bus. Pusher. Is this a decent bus for conversion? Freight liner, Mercedes 900, Allison transmission for $3,500.00???

Three things. Verify WHICH Allison trans... Some 04+ are known to have emission control issues... and the MBE, while a decent engine, is hard to get parts for, at least will be in the foreseeable future.
