Can it tow a truck camper?

I have a 1993 International DT360 with an AT545 transmission. I currently tow a Honda Element, but would like to upgrade to a small truck camper. How do I find out if the bus is capable of towing it?

The GVWR of the bus is 27,000 lbs. On the scales we weigh 20,000 fully loaded.
The Honda Element weights around 3600 lbs.
I'm thinking an F-150 (~4000 lbs) and a small pop up truck camper (~1000-1500 lbs.) would be doable, right?

the main thing to me would be to have a good transmission cooler.. esp if you plan to tow on any kind of hills.. you'll build heat quick in the AT545.. dispelling that heat goes a long way toward making the additional weight not so much an issue.

generally going across long grades we unhook and drive separately. i do need to at the very least install a transmission temp gauge. it's been on the to-do list for a while
