Cargo latches Jammed, replacements?

Hello all skoolie helpers.

My cargo latches were rusted and jammed.

I drilled one of the larger box latches out. Then was able to bang the other latch around a bit to get to release, However neither one is salvageable.
So I'm looking for replacements for both large compartments which have the cable style on little rollers on interior of door.

The smaller compartment latch near the passenger rear is rusted as well.
But it is a sleeve pin style latch. And a different size. (not sure of the correct name for either style) but hopefully someone can direct me in the right direction for the correct size replacements, Or? latch conversion ideas.
I have searched on line for replacements , but have not found any i'm comfortable for being the proper type.

Any advise for a dealer of Skoolie parts would be great.
Thanks so much for the help.

Peace!
Love!

Try your nearest Bluebird dealer with your VIN. Pricey but exactly what you need.

Most of their stuff is marked up beyond belief and it's almost all parts that can be purchased elsewhere if you can take measurements and are willing to do some modifications.

Thanks for the help and info folks.
I was hoping for a easy cheap replacement.
I will keep searching around and planning for modifications.

Might try Reading Truck Bodies. They make service bodies for pickups with similar latches.

I'm in a similar boat with my underbody latches a bit worse for wear and the keys for them long lost. I wasn't planning to deal with them until later in my build, but I'd love to hear if you were able to turn up anything.
