this is kinda off the skoolie wall here, but was wondering if any of you skoolie folks were into the c.b.- ham radio thing ?? my trusty uniden grant xl took a dump and found out uniden does not make this model no more. it has the am/ ssb on it. i might by a cobra 148 (basicaly the same). was wondering about the rci 2970 and the 2950. they are ten meter radios and was wondering if they can be modified to 11 meter. thanks
