Thanks for the heads up on the rack, didn't know that.. As far as solar, I use ground panels as I tend to park in the shade. While driving the DC/DC is going great in our current traveler.

If I'm not converting a bus this summer, I'll be building the Kayak.

Short bus

I purchased a 4 window 2002 Bluebird a few months ago.53,000 mi
The cab is a Chevy express 3500 dually with a 5.7 gas engine.
Plenty of power. Planning on day trips to the beach and occasional trips
Only have 8’ X 11’ space. It’s certainly taken longer than I thought for conversion
