I think that’s a kayak on the roof. Don’t let your insurance company know you have a rack or you’re cancelled. May I suggest a folbot or similar folding kayak? Besides, don’t you want some solar?

Thanks for the heads up on the rack, didn't know that.. As far as solar, I use ground panels as I tend to park in the shade. While driving the DC/DC is going great in our current traveler.

If I'm not converting a bus this summer, I'll be building the Kayak.

Plenty of power. Planning on day trips to the beach and occasional trips
Only have 8’ X 11’ space. It’s certainly taken longer than I thought for conversion
