Tomorrow at noon, Texas will be under new masking orders ... everyone must wear a mask. The first violation is a warning, the second violation is up to a $250.00 fine. Outside groups of 10+, counties of 20+ cases, etc.

9000+ today in FL. Again, with less testing than the previous day. 1200 less tests. We're doing less testing each day.

I went to Walmart today just outside of post. There were a lot of people in the store, but folks spread out and tried to avoid getting close to each other. The only exception was the checkout lines, because Walmart refuses to hire enough clerks.
About 80% of the people in the store were wearing masks. Those that weren't were in their 20s or 50+. Most of the people in motorized scooters because of poor health refused to wear masks.

CV 19 did do one thing that was good for us. We had the entire county campground to ourselves mid week this week. Perfect 75 degree sunny weather, light breeze and no bugs (or kids riding plastic wheeled tricycles) no fireworks and a great showing of night time stars. I read a good mystery book and wifey turned out a couple of nice water color paintings-including one of the bus.

We tried to go camping this weekend. However, the starter decided to fail, and nobody in town had a replacement. I can fix it on Monday.

This is interesting ... since the mass removal of posts yesterday, I can not get to the new posts. It shows there are more pages, it just does not show them. So, I am going to try and trick the system with a new post.

Didn't mean to make anyone jealous. Here is a picture of wifey painting---no, not the monkey--look outside.
