Cross over mirrors

I’m wanting to take off the crossover mirrors on my 2001 e350 7.3 diesel shorty. They are heated and I’m wondering if I can just cut the wires to them for now without worrying about running the vehicle? Same with the stop sign and the flip out rail thing on the bumper. We just have a strange time crunch having to move so we basically want that stuff off and then get it to the new house.

I can't tell you 100%, but I would be very surprised if it did.

My bus's child safety devices disabled the ignition if I had the wrong doors unlocked, hatches open, and such nonsense. I watched a YouTube video and disabled it in about 15 minutes.

I removed my mirrors (also heated) by clipping the wires and it caused no problems, same with the extending stop signs. My bus didn't come with a kid-smacker on the bumper so I don't know about that one.
