Crown silversides conversion - anyone recognize it?

Hey all, I hope a little more Crown content is ok. If not, come back after a detox and it will seem fresh! I kid! Really!

Anyhoo, I was looking thru some pictures of Susan Creek Campground near my hometown of Glide Oregon after being gone many years. My grandparents came to this campground every year in the 1980s and I have many fond memories of "sleeping over" in Grandpas poptent trailer and freezing my butt off on those chilly June mornings camping.

So......imagine my astonishment at seeing the picture of this Crown silversides in a camping spot! Any chance anyone here recognizes it? Plates appear to be vintage Oregon and there is a Vietnam Service ribbon on the front bumper.

Photo credit is to Bill Thompson May 2018. The photographer is not the Crown owner AFAIK.

Sad side note, all the foliage in the picture was destroyed by area wildfires that started on Labor Day, Sept 2020. It will take many years for the area to recover in every way possible.
