Custom cushions recommendation

My wife and I have done every bit of work on our 4 window shortie, @Travelertheskoolie. We are nearing the end or our second build on the bus, this is our rebuild. We would like to build a custom couch and wanted to know if anyone had any websites they could refer us to to have some custom cushions and covers made to the size we need? Any help would be awesome.
