Cylinder latches?

So the Gillig has three types of latches for access panels. 1/4" square, 3/16" hex, and an odd cylindrical type. Does anyone know what type of key works with these? Are they individually keyed, or is there a standard key?

Here's one of the hatches;

and a closeup of the latch;

That cylinder is a lock, not a latch.

It turns out they're not keyed -- I was able to turn them with needle nose pliers and get into the hatches. I'll just replace them with a different style.

Now that I'm in, I was able to identify the type. It's a Southco E3 "Vise Action" compression latch;

I've ordered the standard tool to open them.
