Yep, yep. Your engine has a 2800RPM set govenor. The Ford/International
V* engines are called hi speed diesels. My 7.3 Ford diesel turns about 3200RPM and really pulls a load nicely. With 10MPG that is a good bus to cruise. Check the rear axle for a ratio, as you maybe able to change rear gears and get even better milage at a lower cruising RPM. Your bus looks very good and clean. Frank Our bus is a Crown
