It rains more in Florida than it does here. We get about 15" annually.

But, to be honest, I would rather live in Florida......

My brother lives on Bainbridge Island. I always thought how rainy it is in that area. Imagine my surprise to find Atl. has a higher rainfall total than Seattle.

I have a two bedroom - 1 bath home with a two car garage and a driveway/yard that will accommodate a 40' bus plus a car. There is street parking also.

Parking and working on the bus, in the driveway is no problem.

The house is at:

815 Miller st.
Kiowa, KS 67070

Rent is $450 / month.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Places that I have LIVED in Washington State have had annual rainfall that varies from 15" to 45".

Seattle gets around 34" Aberdeen Resevior gets 130", Sunnyside gets 7" and Dayton around 19".

Most people, that aren't from here, don't realize that a big chunk of WA is desert.

Interior paint is done except for the laundry room. Ran out of time...

Electrical upgraded.

New roof on.

Exterior paint and some plumbing updates should be done next week.

Exterior paint is getting done this week.

Garage needs some attention. If anyone is interested in the place and is handy I would consider trading labor for rent to get that handled.

No. I bought this house instead. RV park had unresolved sewer issues. I told them that if they resolved that issue I would buy it. Haven't heard from them since.

I am looking at another one in Dayton Washington. Room for four buses. With a little work, full hookups.

We are looking seriously at this property. Current plan has two RV spaces with full hookups, room to park and work on two buses and six storage units.

Anyone looking for a space to live & work on your bus?

I have finally done it!

I have purchased land about 20 miles South of I-40 @ Sallisaw Oklahoma.

It is on a county maintained gravel road and has water, power and a dump station.

I will be clearing and improving a couple of Bus sites next month.

I was beginning to think that I would never find a spot.

Congratulations, that's some nice country out there. I've been kinda looking for something between Monroe and the Arkansas line, but nobody out there's selling anything! While my current place is nice, I'd really like just a wooded acre or two somewhere with nothing more than a buried concrete vault for storing stuff, and a parking pad with hookups. Monroe to the OK line would have wooded property and possibly a great view of the mountain range down there.
