DON'T FRKN TEXT AND DRIVE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Thursday the 30th of August 2012 on way home from work

So I was stopped on the road waiting for the guy in front of me to turn left,I looked into mirror and saw a car approaching.
I glanced again and realised he wasn't stopping!...I could see him Texting on his phone!!!
I floored the gas pedal the split second he hit me...that helped too take away alot of the felt energy from the impact.

He was driving about 45mph and never touched his brakes....best part = he didn't have frrkn insurance!!!

And the person I "rubbed" with leftside of front bumper...he left the scene on top of it...I reckon he had better things to do than hang out with a pissed off stupid state trooper

Dumbass's car

My sons car, I was driving
It doesn't look bad but it's totalled.... the trunk floor is really twisted up like a used beer can.

The c-pillars are tweaked and creased and the rear doors overlap about a 1/2 "

SO PLEASE DON'T FKN TEXT AND DRIVE...

I was lucky and am only really sore and minus one vehicle

So sorry bout the accident.
People think it won't happen to them like they're exempt or something, glad no one got hurt...... the car can be replaced......... still sucks tho

You can always sell em for scrap to recoup some of the monies lost.

Re: DON'T FRKN TEXT AND DRIVE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

glad you are ok.
The car could be pulled back into shape either on the frame machine or with other equipment. But, value wise it is not worth it, unless it was at least a 2010 car...which it's not. Or, another one could be purchased with a front hit and 2 put together which is a couple of days work...

Reminds me of yesterday when i saw a Salem city policeman pushing on his phone while steering with his elbow while i was at the stop light and he was driving by...
But they are above the law...

I think that texting & driving is a requirement for NM cops. Almost got sideswiped today by a fool with a cell phone attached to her ear!

While we were in TX, we noticed that it was illegal to be on your cellphone in a school zone.
