I'm gonna agree play it multiple times a day on all channels. Would it slow everyone down? Maybe not everyone but maybe a few. I often have a tough enough time just trying to cross an intersection cause of most of the cars going well over the speed limits.

I keep thinking of getting a radar gun even if it is one used for sports it would work. And have it up front with me and when I see someone fly past me at who knows how fast of speed with a detector or even those with just a detector pull the trigger and see what they do. Could make some good video for youtube.
