I've thought the mobile grocery store is a cool idea for cities (like Indianapolis) where they are grocery deserts and public transportation is poorly designed for those who would be dependent on it. The bookstore part though is probably too old school because no one reads anymore. Otherwise I'm also encouraged that they repurposed an old school bus instead of overspending on a brand new flashy purpose built rig that would have sucked up most of the funding just to be flashy.

I'm sure commercial insurance sees roof decks differently than a private policy would. I know every Nascar semi has a deck on top. And the railing may make a big difference most skoolies don't have.
