Glue down vinyl flooring

We bought vinyl floor that needs to be glued down and installed it last night. The glue didnt stick to the vinyl last night or today. Anyone who used glue down vinul flooring, any ideas on what type of glue we could try? We used Exo 360.

What type and the temp

It is Nucore vinyl flooring and the temp this week during the day has been in the high 80's, night low 70's.

We left the bus open last night with a fan and it seems as if the glue finally dried, but there spots that would need more adhesive?

What are you gluing it down onto, and how was that surface prepared?

3/4 " subfloor plywood, no prep other than sweeping and mopping.
