My fantasy scoot is still to find and make road legal an old Yamaha TZ750. Saw a couple at Daytona. One even had nitrous added. Crazy scary bike.

That definitely sounds like it would earn the approval of King Kenny!

Ya...KK had that bike figured out. I have only riden that bike once...at Texas World Speedway (many years ago in my GP days). I was impressed. 211 down the front straight and I was no where near peaked out. You could dial a wheelie at 180 anytime you felt like it.

Sweet. Very sweet.

I was at Daytona the year KK's throttle stuck open and he went off the track. Never lost it. He got back on the circuit and finished the lap with that beast howling using just the kill switch to shift and control speed. That is somewhere between total madness and a level of skill beyond my imagination.

No thx. I don't like speed on the water and I don't do bikes. Now if you give me a car, I'll chase him all day long at 211mph.

You ain't got time for all that. How's that paint job coming along?

^That's actually a serious question. Haven't seen anything from you in forever. Is it painted yet?

I'd even settle for an RZ or even at RD. I remember when Harleys were the RAGE and every doctor and lawyer in town was riding around on their plastic "hog" wearing the customary leather bondage gear.
Why do "bikers" dress like they're the Village People? Oh man Southpark NAILED the harley thing!

Still waiting on my title to the van! GRRRRRRRrrrrrrrr!
Got a new power steering pump on sale yesterday at Advance for $42 after core. Not bad!
Found out the van came with 3.55 rear end, posi, and full lockup trans! Not bad for a base model with NO options!

be careful not to beat on that trans, fortunately you have a V6 so it wont hammer it hard.. but if you go towing huge trailers or such the trans is the weak link in those.

nice cheap PS pump!! I love working on standard style vehicles that they made a zillion of!

Yeah, I'll be going slow and easy in this van. I'll be towing in neighborhoods, and my trailer, tools, and mower probably weigh 2000-2500 lbs.
The reverse gear in these dodges is the first part to go, at least the ones I've had.
I'll definitely keep the fluid changed a bit ahead of schedule, and may even add a cooler. But really it will probably last a long time. The thing's been really well taken care of. I don't think it left campus much if at all.

For bus parts sure but ECCB is looking for van parts. He should be able to get those anywhere.

Oddly, with the PS pump on this van the price was around ten bucks cheaper at the parts store in town that anyone on the internet could offer. A used one on ebay sells for about what the reman unit I bought sells for.
