I am not anywhere near good enough to play a wedding. I play in my spare time, and I don't get much of that.

My granny was Irish. I had a pigeon holding a shamrock put on her headstone. She LOVED wearing green, and was a lil over six feet tall!
Other side of family were Scots.

Half Irish, half Scottish...is it any wonder I enjoyed my beer? County Down, Bainbridge is where my descendants hailed from. Hope to make it over there one day.
Green is my favourite colour anyday.
Very nice gesture CB to your grandmother, she'd be so happy.
My buddy turned 50 last year on this day and took a party of 32 to Shannon Ireland on an all expenses paid trip and they stayed in a castle about 5-600 years old. Was a party for sure!
Top of the marninn all!
Keep your shelailagh shellacked boys!

Happy St. Patrick's day from Newfoundland, Canada. Where we still observe a civic holiday to get drunk!

My wife and I try to do the NC Highland games when we can and want to take the bus to the NC grandfather mountain games this year?
As far as Scottish/Irish bands go.
Everyone check out the seven nations band/group. All new age Scott/Irish rock and they rock it
