Has anyone seen this before?

So in it's life as a school bus my wheelchair lift was a conversion. I hadn't heard of this but the evidence says that the district I bought the bus from had a wheelchair lift put in the year after they bought it.

The bus is a 1991, purchased used in 1996, and the lift is a 1997
Sale paperwork lists 'inspected, 48 passenger'. This would indicate 4 more benches than I pulled
The paint of the trim around the handicap door doesn't match the bus
Different Rivets were used in all handicap door related trim
There are carriage bolts filling holes where the lift is and where the wheel chair tracks now are, lining up for missing benches. Same with holes in chair rails in wheelchair tie down zone.

No complaints yet, just find it interesting. We'll see what's under the trim and decide how 'interesting' it is.
