Help building

Hello,
I'm new to the group, I'm currently in the process of looking for and buying a skoolie. My biggest thing is I need a little bit of help designing space-wise what the skoolie will look like.

I'd like to maximize with as much storage as possible, bunk bed set, king size bed in the back, decent size bathroom, good size kitchen, and just really lots of storage, maybe even a closet if there's space for that, oh also storage cubbies for cats. We have four cats one being a Maine Coon so decent sized cat and we really want to make sure that they have places to hide things to climb on and places to take a poop that doesn't smell up the whole skoolie.

Placing everything and planning or stuff goes It seems to be the thing that I'm struggling with. My dad does renovations of houses so I have plenty of contractors that could help get these things done I just don't know where to physically put things.

Make a list of everything you think you need. Then go put it in a pile. Start there. Section off 200sqft 9f your current house. And try to live in just that with all that stuff for a few weeks. Dry run.

CAD designing

CAD = Cardboard And Duct tape

Try making what you think you want in cardboard taped up in the shapes you want. then see if you can work with it...

Still time consuming but whole lot less expensive than doing it all twice.

My wife and I drew the bus in sidewalk chalk on the driveway. We made the floorplan there and decided we were after a 28ft front engine. I never did give my son his chalk back, so ill call us even..
