Help with idiot light!

What is the light to the right of the brake light? The one with the circle with 3 little dashes on it. The bus is a 2005 Thomas rear engine. The bus will not crank over using the key and warning buzzer stays on constantly. I can crank the engine from the rear controls if I hold the engine hatch switch down.

The lower right light indicates low air pressure, usually below about 60 PSI. An audible alert should accompany it, and should disappear when over the threshold.

Ok, thanks. Just trying to help a friend. This bus won't crank with the key.

As for the no-start, check the simple things. Neutral safety switch (wiggle the shifter in neutral, it may be out of adjustment). From the previous post, you have to hold in the engine cover switch to start from the rear panel? Try having someone hold that in while trying the key-switch. Also check *ALL* the door/window/hatch switches, one of them may not be latched fully. It's likely something simple; if perhaps a bit of a pain to track down.

I remember something about freightliners and if ecu128 was present its an issue with the computer..

theres definitely fault codes set as check Trans is lit.. check trans should never be lit even when engine isnt running. depending on the trans code set, I would look at the hatch switch as a possible issue since you can crank it at the rear controls.. or as brad mentioned it could be a safety interlock like a roof hatch, em door, em window etc..

Thanks for the replies. When I tried to crank it with the key the interlock solenoid in the relay box in the dash clicks and a green LED lights up next to it. I didn't know if that was a relay preventing it from cranking or if it was supposed to click and was part of the starting circuit.
