Man I love those old roundback Waynes. Someday I'd love to get one like that and modernize the drivetrain (say common Dana 80 rear and the beam front out of a C3500HD) along with a fuel injected V-8 and a decent transmission and then rock out the interior. You'd have the great looks of a "hot rod" bus with the reliability and driveability of a modern drivetrain and an interior as plush as your wallet can afford. Something that small might even be relatively easy to work air ride and independent front suspension into.
yea those are cool im told i missed the roundback by 1 year.It would be great to have 4 discs and 454 efi with 2 speed rear all right but i think id get another bus.But...... timbuk
