now that is a great idea! Dual bus engines! very redundant, and plenty of hill climbing power.....you'd need 2 rear axles i think....or perhaps you could just swap an axle from a a semi truck truck that has drive shaft inputs on the front and the back....On a tandem axle truck it would be the axle closes to the front. The drive shaft from the trans connects to the front of the axle, then a driveshaft comes off the back to feed power to the rear axle.
it's a terrible idea...but seems very appealing to me for some reason. it's completely unnecessary, but would be an oddity. The better option is just to put a more powerful engine in a bus.
