Is this bus a good one to buy?

My biggest fear is getting a bus that will not run well!
What do you guys this about this bus?

We are selling this 2001 International 3800 School Bus for a Cash Special of only $3,995.00! This is a Thomas Built bus, and it has 11 rows of seats. They are all in good condition. The Bus has a DT466E Turbo Diesel Engine, and an Automatic Transmission. The bus has Air Brakes, 7 emergency exits, an intercom system, and a video camera. This school bus was well maintain with good tires except for the passenger front tire (it has a bolt stuck in the tread). The bus also drives very nice. The GVWR of the bus is 28,960 pounds.
