That's good news Smitty! Good luck in your search for a bus. I know for certain you will find a good bus at a very decent price if you take your time and look around a bit.

Way to go Smitty!!! I wish you the very best of luck in your quest. And, I am absolutely certain after hearing your level of expertise and "good old common sense" which you have expressed time and time again here on this forum, that you will come up with both a vehicle and conversion plan to be very proud of. (No, I am not being sarcastic, I have read your excellent advice to people on here... and even agree with some of it. )
At any rate, GOOD LUCK!!!

As an aside, are you perhaps a fan of J. S. Mosby? I was just wondering with the picture of the boat, not many people remember where that came from.

Thanks, and have a great day.

It's about time! I'm very glad it's working out.

Besides pix, why don't you update your info under the avatar? You know, engine, transmission, and other info that skoolies dig.
Or are you learning from vanguy, and to avoid a jinx waiting until it's actually in your hands and still running?

Congrats Smitty!

I've been waiting until you had the bus before saying that, just to keep from jinxing anything.

I hope it is everything you want in a bus, and that your conversion goes smoothly.

Looking forward to following your progress.

I hate to say it, but I would wait on jumping in till you get that Title... But in the mean time, you can check the prices of things, sizes, and so on...Don't start till you know that you own.

Best to know where the TP is before dropping trow...

Re: It's official........

In that case, Grats on the bus Smitty.

Have you tried the Milk Crate and prybar method of floor removal? You have to get it started, but once that is done, you sit on the crate and push the prybar. If you have to, use the crate as a fulcrum for the bar, then sit on the bar to lift the flooring. Or get yourself a log end to put under the prybar and then just stand on the high end.

Ouch.

Sounds like they need to stretch you till you pop, then either pin or fuse in place...
