as far as i know you dont have ABS brakes with an air brake system.
the tranny is probably a 3060 with maybe 6th gear unlocked and dont think it ever had 7 gears.
motor is good but alot of parts have to come from CAT.
horsepower of the motor?
rear end gearing.
size of bus?
5 window 50 window?
will help alot

Can only pass what is stated..

Trans Type: Allison MD3070PT 7-Speed
Gear Ratio is far below highway speeds. That I already know. Would be changed.
Size, I'm only looking at short's.. 12ft of cabin, give or take.

275 HP, 817 Ft Lbs Torque, Caterpillar 3126 Heavy duty diesel, 6-cylinder, electronic controlled, fuel-injected, turbocharged and after-cooled.

ABS on air brakes is possible, We have it on Dory, also with traction control. The airsystem is pretty complicated. It has a separate ABS computer.

Allison made a 7 speed version , it was used for example in the LMTV M1078 and so on.

Curious what bus they would have put all that in ?

length of bus?
275 HP specd in a school bus is doubtful?
what is stated is to make it look good to sell.
contact the seller and ask for engine data plate pic and trans. data plate pic. and what bus body manufacturer and chassis manufacturer.

I have air brakes and ABS, although technically I don't have ABS since my ABS light is on.

I'm with you on that! Our Freightliner FL60 chassis has air brakes and ABS...but I've got a bad tone ring connection and the light is on on ours, too.

What chassis is it built on? It's sounds like a medium duty vehicle from the engine and trans, but only 12 +/- feet inside, interesting.
