Hi guys I’m super stoked! Flying into Sacramento to pick up a 1987 ford econoline that was well maintained by a school system until 5 years ago. The owner has driven a bit but not much at all so before I embark back to MA I definitely want to get the bus looked over. If anyone knows any good diesel mechanics give me a shout. The engine is a old idi 6.9l diesel.
Also looking for places to camp out in CA and across the US so if anyone has any ideas for stunning places to stop on the way home let me know
. Especially looking for places to make camp in CA while I get the bus prepped.
