Looking for my bus...need advice

I'm in the process of researching and looking for my bus (hoping to find one by the end of the month). I came across this one (https://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto...488396802.html) and it pretty much checks all my boxes. (Midsize, good engine and transmission, under 150k miles, within a days drive from me, etc.) The trouble is, it's listed at $2000 over what I wanted to spend on the bus itself.

Any thoughts on this bus, and if $6000 is a fair price? I don't have any friends who really know diesels or buses, unfortunately, and I'm a total newbie.

I also just really love the look of the flat nose Bluebirds, but trying not to get hung up on appearances!

Hey, insult the guy with an offer of $3,500, and and then let him counter for $4,000. He said OBO.
