Looking for shop and space for rent to build

The title says it all. I've been interested in having my own build but I have no space and no tools as I rent an apartment. Does anyone know where I can rent a shop and its tools? I also don't mind living in the bus while I do it. Any help is appreciated. I'm in SC but it doesn't really matter where, I'm willing to travel to finish the build. Thanks!

i dont know of anywhere around the carolinas?
my driveway is full with 2 buses and the various other vehicles i have plus my son working on others vehicles on the weekends.
search this sight.
there are members here that have space,tools and advice available.
in the arizona new mexico areas and that is also better places to find better rust free buses.
