My new Skoolie

Well I just drove my furst new Skoolie home. Very stressful 125 Miles on I4. Traffic was atrocious and bus was going from 62 down to 40mph and having to pull off on shoulder 4 times. Let bus sit for 10 minutes and she was up to 60 no problem for about 5 Miles and then same same. Hopefully it is just a dirty fuel filter as my friend thinks.any input from you guys would relieve a little stress I currently have. It’s a cat3126B 230hp.

Nice looking bus. Where's it from?

I recently did the fuel filters on my 3126. Either do em dry or prefill on the outer holes only and use only filtered fuel to prefill.

Nah nothing special. Just follow the directions in the video. I happened to have a source of filtered diesel to fill my fuel filter with. Get the filter into place then fill it.
If you got it at a dealer I'd be calling them and complaining about it not running right. For the markup they charge the filters should be 100% good.

Your bus is also nice truthseeker4449. A little too long for me. I was looking at 35’ limit and found this 34’ flat nose with MD3960 tranny and high ceiling. The ride home was scary as a first time bus driver on congested I4 and the bus acting as stated in my post.
