N95 masks and heavy duty resporators are very useful for painting your skoolie

Lowe's and Home Depot are good places to shop at to get a painting respirator or an N95 mask. they are very useful as they can keep all the fumes away from you for when you get out your air brush painting equipment.

If you're going to be painting, you should use an R95 or P95 rated mask. They're for oily particles, like paints and solvents, whereas an n95 is not.

If you’re painting get a respirator with cartridges for organic vapor. Use them within the time as documented by the manufacturer then chuck it. Always store between uses in a sealed ziploc with all the air squeezed out. I just used mine one and chucked it. It’s good insurance that it’s been used within it’s effective lifespan.

But can you actually find them in stores again yet? Last time I needed respirators every hardware store was cleaned out of everything. Tool trucks are starting carrying them, or probably whatever they found on amazon, but charging $40 a piece.

Wonder what health complications I'm going to have down the road because I couldn't have proper PPE to grind or remove mold.

They were $35 at my Lowes before the pandemic. I'd pop $40 for a respirator right bloody now.

Yes when it comes to paint this is true, and what I have for painting.

The n95 are just dust masks, fine for sanding and that sort of thing, not for paint fumes.
