need Christmas parade float idea using sKOOLie ASAP

Help is needed as fast as you can get creative to make my "Christmas Green" 1966 Wayne conversion fit into a Christmas parade theme. I'm coming up blank--it's newly painted, screens on all windows and rear door are removable (to throw candy and goodies from) and the only rule is there can be no Santa Claus. Tying together an "old hippie hauler" with the holiday is really boggling my mind, and I knew this site has many who can get creative!! I'm running out of time to get the measurements in to reserve my space, and really need help, please! I'd MUCH rather be riding in my bus than a truck pulling a trailer,ya' know?! Thanks so much!

Do anti-Christmas with a recognizable figure!

Put a chihuahua in a harness out in front of it, and put some reindeer antlers on it. Then dress up like the Grinch. Make cardboard Dr. Seuss figures from Who-ville and fasten them to the side of the bus.
