Yes, that sounds like a great bus, especially if it's from Arizona. One of the best states to buy buses from.
I looked up your bus on Bluebird's VIN site. Looks like the transmission is indeed an MD3060 (lots of sellers incorrectly list transmission type like what happened a few days ago
) This is the best transmission you can get in these buses.

It looks like it was ordered with 10r22.5s. That's somewhat of an odd tire size. Other thing is that it's a low roof bus with the 74 inch ceiling. Not a deal breaker for some folks, it depends on how you're going to build out your conversion (and how tall you are).
