New and looking for a DIY community to park the bus and work on it

Hi!
My partner and I are looking to find a DIY community (similar to the one in Jesup, Georgia) that has like.. a community kitchen, community bathroom, community tools to use, we can get help from other people with parts of the build.. and we pay rent to use amenities like electric and water.

I really like that the community in Jesup, Georgia has cabins you can stay in while working on your build and am looking for something of that caliber. I prefer not to be in Georgia as we would like to be in a legal state for marijuana.

I've tried looking online but I don't know if I am just not searching for the right keywords or what.. lol

i may be interested.

i rented out a room last winter to a van owner for her build. i have a full shop.

weed friendly, rural, eastern colorado, 20min to home depot, 1 hour to the dispensary, 2hrs to denver.

you can try the fb group..... stoners with skoolies, too.
