Hell, I thought we had it rough with a permit needed for anything over 120 sq/ft. If they do end up passing it, you can do what one old, crafty sob here does, and that's build several 2-story ones spaced out to code and not on a 'permanent' foundation. Sorry to hear that your politicians are ....
