You should be able to find a replacement part for that online?

Steering Wheel Puller

So, I made a simple puller from a piece of wood and 3 bolts. Just turned the center bolt slowly and the wheel was off in about 30 seconds.

That link does not seem to fit my Vandura. However, PartsGeek.com seem to have the housing repair kit, the turn signal switch, and the turn signal lever. How about the transmission shift on the right side? Is there a kit for that?

Another improvised jig to press down on the plate and able to remove the retaining spring.

I have been working to take out the broken parts prior to ordering new parts and putting the whole thing together again. According to the video I have been following, the ignition switch should just pull out and the plastic housing should also just pull out. I can't get the ignition out and I guess that is holding the housing.

What else do I need to do to get those things out?

Thanks!

It was not quick nor easy but I got the ignition cylinder out. I had to push up with a screwdriver on a protrusion that is part of a loose ring. Anyway, I'm glad this part is done.

Tilt Steering

My bus does not have tilt steering. I'm sourcing parts to rebuild my steering wheel and other missing/broken parts. I see this item on Speedwaymotors.com and it has the shift lever, the turn signal stalk, 4-way flasher, and the tilt lever. I'm thinking that I should be able to use this package and just skip the tilt lever. Is this correct? Thanks!
