At this point, it sounds like you have the same problem many of us do: Too Many Projects On Your Mind At One Time.

You could post that bus under Classifieds, where more of those-who-are-in-the-market would get to see it. Leads like that can Make Things Happen.

As for She Who Must Be Obeyed, we need pictures, so we can judge if she is worth obeying -- or should be traded in for one who won't take you to the woodshop -- so to speak.
