not quite the first Skoolie..but close

I receieved these yesterday in an email
outside

The rest of the pictures where off topic but showed trees that were 18 foot dia etc...being cut down turn of the century

Reminds me of one of the old growth trees on our property that was logged off in 1951 by Les Stienson behind where the golf course is in newport oregon. There was one tree that they cut down and ripped the bottom section in half so they could get it on the logging truck.

It must have taken a lot of time to hollow that tree out. I wonder how thick the shell is. Cool looking camper though.
