Offering spot to live/build 70 mi from L.A.
Need a place to work on your Skoolie and/or live while you build? I personally had a very hard time finding a place to work on my bus. Now I have a place with 2 acres in Mojave, California. There’s plenty of space and electricity and water. We also have two empty bedrooms in the house that we could rent as well We are 70 miles from Los Angeles, 120 from Joshua Tree and 180 from Vegas. $700/mo if you’re living in the bus with access to shower, laundry, Wi-Fi, electric and workshop. $1000/mo if you want a bedroom. I’m a teacher building my Skoolie. Homeowner is a welder/metal fabricator. Email me if interested. We have room for probably 4 or 5. Also have empty land if you’re off grid and just need a place to stop.
