Parking lights will not work

I just purchased a partially converted bluebird tc 2000. Headlights brake lights n turn signals work but no running lights. I followed the raspberry colored wire from the switch to the outside relay panel next to the driver seat all the way to the harness. Turn the e switch on n there’s power to the wire going into the harness but there is no corresponding wire on the connecting harness. The slot is empty. Any ideas on what happened and how I can fix it? I as of now cannot run the bus at night and I need to use it before the sun comes up. The trailer hitch wiring also will not light up.

By running lights, do you mean the parking lights, marker lights, or both?
Also, what are you calling an e-switch?
Have you followed the wires back from the lights you expect to illuminate?
Finally, are you sure the wire is raspberry? Any chance it could be vermillion, carmine, or burgundy?

Sorry the e doesn’t belong lol. Just switch. No marker or parking lights. And I used raspberry instead of red.

So by switch, you mean the main light switch, correct (off/park/on)?
That circuit should be fused. You checked that?
Have you checked the bulbs themselves? The park/turn bulbs should be dual-element, so turns could work while parking could be fried.

Yeah nothing. It’s weird because the power is getting to the harness from the switch but the pin that is attached to the raspberry wire which it the switch wire has no corresponding pin on the harness going out to the lights. So power from the switch but nothing to attach it to basically

what year of tc2000? I have a 1994 and could go out to the bus and try to duplicate your work and see what is there......

also -- where are you? Time zone?

You still haven't confirmed that you've both:

checked the bulbs themselves (both elements)
traced the harness back from the bulbs to see where it leads

I can see someone hacking the wiring. But I can't see them removing the pins and connected wiring from harness connectors. Assuming you don't have faulty bulb(s), I'm thinking it's possible the wiring you think to be controlling this circuit is not.

Does anyone know what the relays are for in the panel behind a piece of metal in the front of the bus directly behind the small access door with the windshield wiper mounted on it?
