And yes, that (unfortunately) is a rainbow on my shoulder. MacArthur and his "The 42d is a Rainbow from Coast to Coast..." Although the 40th ID guys had both the rainbow and their "Flaming Arsehole" (sunburst)

'Tis ok. I was in the battalion 6, so I didn't get outside the wire much. Although, after hearing "I need my computer unlocked" for 8 of the 10 months we were there, I was about ready to request Samarra or Baqabah.
