Those rivet shavers are nice pieces of equipment. I have used one for many years. Unfortunately, some folks wont be able to set them correctly and leave a 3/8 or 7/16 diameter hole where a 3/16 hole should be. Also, if there is a gap between the structure and the skin, you will still dimple the back side out when knocking the backside of the rivet out. IMHO, I would drill the rivet out centering on the head then cleaning the hole up as you drill through. No dimplin on the material unless it was already dimpled during installation.
