Sad day for sure.

He fell before a concert a few days ago, reported that he injured his hip and was headed back to texas. He had to miss the next shows and had Elwood Francis in his place. I wonder if this was a complication from that.

Dusty was a step uncle to my best friends sister way back in the 70's.
We got to vist Dusty and them once in Houston, but, we didn't know what a ZZ top was!

Saw them here in Atl. a few years back. Their moving sidewalk made the show.

The worst part about being a vampire is seeing all the people you love, the bands you cherish, the cultures you become accustom to, grow old and die, then having to do it all again. Glad I'm not a vampire.

Damn, I was thinking all the members of my favorite progressive rock bands were still alive (other than Squire), but Greg Lake died in 2016. Neal Peart, too, although I was never a huge Rush fan.
