Road Block: Finding Places To Park/Convert

So I have two final contenders for a bus to do my conversion. They're mechanically, structurally, and overall sound. Cash in hand, ready to go.

So what's holding me back? I'm in New Jersey and having a hard time finding a place to park/convert my project.

Most of the places on Craigslist are several hundred dollars a month for a spot, and my cousins with land are dragging their feet on a decision.

Any ideas/suggestions/guidance?

Thanks all,
Matt (Soon To Be Soul Creek Bus)

can you work 'in' the bus? And maintain it's driveablity?
If so then store it where ever and drive it someplace to work on this week, 7-11 next week..etc.

At this time i've got 2 not an issue..but no garage-ability. And it won't be able to park too near the house - as in power, tools, etc. So a lot more walking and such to work on it.

and the older i get the less that 'works'.
