School Bus Crash Tests

Here are a couple videos of some school bus crash tests.

These are huge files and will take a very long time to download if you don't have broadband. Righ-click on them and select save as.

Frontal Crash of Type C into Rigid Wall at 48 km/h (65,439 kb)

Side Crash Of Large Truck into front left side of Type D at 72 km/h (58,375 kb)

It amazes me how well the passenger compartment holds its shape in the one they crash a semi into the side of it. The whole frame is bend into a U shape but the cross-section remains square.

Your problem is probably because when you highlight them in Windows XP it shows you a preview on the side of the window. You just need to wait for the preview to show up, move them to the desktop, or select more than one at a time.

Those movie links are from the original source.

Just imagine how bad the injuries and deaths would be if skoolies were built like stick and staple rvs.

Man thats scarry, I wonder how my stub nose TC2000 blue bird would hold up in a crash like that. I hope I dont hit any solid brick walls while drving, or I'd be done for.
