Seeking Storage Space for Our Bus (Washington State)

Hey friends,
We are getting kicked out of the current spot our bus is parked in while we convert her because the neighbors don't like looking at the property owners sea of vehicles stored there and got the City involved. Naturally, we gotta move ASAP. We need a place that will hopefully allow us to work on converting the bus. So, if ya'll know of a spot in Western Washington (Pierce or King county are ideal) please shoot a message, we are on a time limit.

Some deets:
-Bus is a 40ft big ole girl
-Looking for someplace in Pierce, Thurston, or King county, Gig Harbor is doable. Pierce county is our main area of interest.
-We are half way through the demo stage
-We currently only pay $50 a month for this spot and I know that's probably unheard of in terms of storing a vehicle this size, sad to see it go.
