That is a very desirable and hard to find chassis length so I am not surprised. Kinda overrides the high mileage. Also it has the optional high roof and rust free body.

I think this one was part of a large batch 8-10 buses that were sold on Govdeals from a CA school district last year. Seems like flippers got most of em and are reselling them.
