If you have never been to the west, just a fair warning....

You will likely end up loving it so much you will never want to leave! There is a quiet and secluded beauty out here that you can not find anywhere else in the world!

That's exactly what I've heard and am counting on. My current address is wherever my bus is parked. In search of peace and some beauty in the world. I lived in CO years ago and loved it. Very excited to explore the southwest!
