I don't understand why the guy was taken into custody. As for acting erratically, those nut cases with the hands-free cellphone thingys are the ones that get me. I'm never sure if they are talking (arguing) with someone on the phone or in their heads! Now those folks look like they are crazy! And around here, they are usually in their jammies (why?).

No weapon was found and the individual was taken into custody without incident less than 20 minutes after police arrived on scene.

I can see why a person would think that a phone could look like a gun. It only takes a quick glance to mis-identify something. And once you think you See something, its hard to see it as something else without getting a really good look.

I had a theory about the people you see walking the streets talking to themselves back around 97-98. I had the idea that maybe the person you saw was just half the conversation. I figured that there had to be someone in another city somewhere with the other half of the conversation... Now we have Headsets for our phones that are no bigger than your ear so we can walk down the street and hold conversations with people at great distances... Maybe they were ahead of the rest of us. ^.^
